THE MIDDLE YEARS MINISTRY is a Site Dedicated to Providing Resources, Ideas, and Help to Next Generation Pastors, Leader, Directors, Teachers, Mentors. Our goal is to MEET YOU in the MIDDLE in the Middle Years
, the Pivotal 5th-9th Grade Years. The middle ground between children’s ministry and high school ministry. The age where 85% of people make their final life-long faith decisions.

“Next Ministry Conference” (Nov 3rd, Lancaster, Pa)

NEXT Ministry Conference was started in 2012 as an innovative, affordable one-day training for youth and children’s workers, their lead teams, volunteers and key high school students. Since then, NEXT has expanded across the U.S. to 6 locations, including Lancaster Bible College in Pa, on Saturday, November 3rd!

COST: With registration prices for our one day event at $25 for adults and $10 for students, not only can full-time paid workers come, but so can volunteers and students. Each location offers a minimum of 18 workshops to choose from focused for elementary, middle, and high school ministry, as well as some focused specifically for high school students.
